| 摘 要： | 采用血液透析治疗重型及危重型流行性出血热３１５例，治愈２６６例（８４．４％），死亡３８例（１２．１％），自动出院１１人（３．５％），取得较好效果。提示在血液透析中选用不同的治疗方法，积极防治尿毒症，是治疗本症的关键。

| Abstract: | he results of hemodialysis in 315 cases of severe
and critically ill types of epidemichemorrhagic fever(EHF)were reported.Among them 266 cases
recovered(84.4%),38 died(12.1%)and 11 automatically dropped(3.5%).The hemodialysis
procedure was modifiedaccording to different conditions of the patients:(1)daily hemodialysis
for several days forhigh metabolic type,(2)early prevertive hemodialysis for non-highmetabolic
type,(3)lower-ing temperature of the dialysis fluid for febrile patients,(4)hemodialysis with ultra
smalldoze of heparin for hemorrhagics,(5)hemodialysis supplemented with normal saline for
hy-potensive or shock state,(6)sequential hemodialysis for hypervolemic
state,and(7)inter-mittent hemodialysis for polyuric patient with retention of nitrogenous
substances. It is con-cluded that application of various hemodialysis procedures for different
conditions of EHF isthe key point to tide over the patient through the uremic state. |
