| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫法测定32例癫痫患者脑脊液中亮-脑啡肽、甲-脑啡肽和β-内啡肽含量,癫痫患者亮-脑啡肽平均含量(91.24±5.54ng/L)显著高于对照组(68.08±4.38ng/L)(P<0.01),甲-脑啡肽与β-内啡肽均无显著性变化。亮-脑啡肽的增高与取脑脊液距末次发作时间、临床发作类型、是否服抗癫痫药物及脑CT检查是否正常等因素无关。提示内源性阿片肽可能参与人类癫痫的神经化学发病机制,亮-脑啡肽是其中的重要物质。

| Abstract: | The contents of Leu-enkephalin, Met-enkephalin, and beta-endorphinin the cerebrospinal fluid of 32 epileptic patients and 24 controls weredetermined by means of radioimmunoassay. The mean Leu-enkephalincontent in epileptic patients was significantly higher than that in thecontrols (P<0.01). There were no obvious difference with respect tomean Met-enkephalin and beta-endorphin content. The increase of Leuenkephalin was not related to such factors as the type of seizures, theintervals between lumber puncture and the last seizure, the use of anti-epileptic drugs, and the cranial CT menfestations. It is suggested thateneogineous opioid peptides may take part in the neurochemical mechan-ism of human epilepsy, and Leu-enkephalin is an important compouentof the substance. |
