| 摘 要： | 对１９例少见类型的恶性间皮瘤进行了光镜、电镜、免疫组化及组织化学研究。结果发现，恶性间皮瘤新近的几种亚型有印戒样细胞型、小细胞型、粘液样型、肌纤维母细胞型、淋巴组织细胞样型、血管母细胞型和未分化型。并对其诊断要点作了简要讨论。

| Abstract: | Nineteen cases of rare types malignant
mesothelioma were studied by light mi-croscopic,electron microscopic, immunohistochmicall and
histocbemicall stainings.The resultsshowed that malignant mesothelioma may be new histologic
subtypes, including signet ringoidcell, small cell myxoid, myofibroblastic cell, lymphohistiocytoid,
angioblastic cell and undifferen-tiated types. Diagnosis critera of malignant mesothelioma of rare
types were briefly discussed. |
