| 摘 要： | 通过氯乙烯对小鼠精子形态的影响，探讨氯乙烯对生殖细胞的诱变性。结果表明，氯乙烯可诱发小鼠精子畸形率增加并呈现一定的剂量反应关系，氯乙烯所致小鼠精子畸形以香蕉形和无钩形为主。

| Abstract: | n this paper we observed the effect of vinyl chloride on the morphology of sperm,and assessed the muta-genicity of vinyl chloride on germ cells.The result showed vinyl chloride could increase the abnormal incidence of mouse sperm;the dose effect curves were obtained,and the main types of abnormal sperm induced by vinyl chloride were banana-like and non-hooked. |
