| 摘 要： | 探讨肝硬化患者血脂的变化及其临床意义。血脂检测采用直接酶法和免疫透射比浊法。血脂水平随Child -PughA级→B级→C级的晋级 (肝功能损害的加重 )而逐渐降低 (P <0 0 1) ,并发肝性脑病者血脂水平降至最低 (P <0 0 1) ;Tch、HDL -C、TG及ApoA - 1与Child -Pugh分值呈负相关。血脂水平是反映肝功能损害的重要指标 ,可用于判断病情 ,估计预后

| Abstract: | To discuss the clinical significance of changes of Serum Lipid in patients with hepatocirrhosis.By means of direct enzymolysis or immunotransmission turbidimetry the serum lipid levels were measured.The serum lipid levels became lower and lower as the Child-Pugh's grade went on stepping upward from GA,GB to GC(i.e.hepatic function gradually came down)(P<0.01).The most decreased serum lipid level was seen in cirrhotic patients with hepatic cerebropathy(P<0.01).Tch,HDL-C,TG and ApoA_ -1 showed negative correlation with Child-Pugh's scoring.Serum lipid level serves as an important index for indicating the extent of hepatic impairment and can be used to monitor the development of the disease as well as to predict the prognosis. |
