硝苯地平控释片联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压 63 例简

目的观察硝苯地平控释片联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压的疗效。方法将126例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各63例。观察组给予硝苯地平控释片联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗，对照组单用硝苯地平控释片治疗。治疗4周后，比较两组降压幅度和临床疗效；随访2年，比较两组心脑血管事件发生率。结果两组患者降压效果均明显，但观察组降压幅度大于对照组（P〈0．01），总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．01）；观察组心脑血管事件发生率为1．59％，低于对照组的3．17％，两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论联合应用硝苯地平控释片与小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压，较单独应用硝苯地平控释片的降压效果好，但在降低心脑血管事件发生率方面无明显优势。

Clinical Efficacy of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets Combined with Low- Dose Hydrochlorothiazide in Treating Senile Hypertension

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets combined with low-dose hy- drochlorothiazide in treating senile hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty- six patients with senile hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets combined with low- dose hydrochlorothiazide, while the control group only received Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablet. After 4- week treatment, the pressure reduction amplitude and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups; after 2-year follow- up, the occurrence rates of cardiocerebrovascular events were compared between the two groups. Results Both groups showed the evident hypotensive effects, but the blood pressure reduction amplitude in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 01） and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 01）; the occurrence rates of cardiocerebrovascular events were 1.59% in the observation group and 3.17% in the control group, which showed no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination use of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets and low- dose hydrochlorothiazide has better effect than single use of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablet for treating senile hypertension, but which has no obvious superiority in reducing the occurrence rate of cardiocerebrovascular accidents.
