鼠神经生长因子治疗小儿面神经炎 42 例简

目的探讨鼠神经生长因子治疗小儿面神经炎的有效性与安全性。方法选择面神经炎患儿84例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各42例，分别采用常规治疗和神经生长因子综合治疗，记录并对比两组患儿10，20，30d时的神经电生理及脑电图变化情况。结果综合治疗后，观察组总有效率为95．24％，显著高于对照组的76．19％（P〉0．05）；两组患儿面神经复合肌肉动作电位（CMAP）波幅均明显恢复，神经传导速度提高，瞬目反射（R1）潜伏期缩短，且观察组改善情况明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）；随访1年，观察组患儿痊愈，无病情加重、复发等情况；对照组患儿有1例病情加重，再次入院治疗后痊愈出院。结论注射用鼠神经生长因子能明显改善小儿面神经炎症状、提高治愈率。

Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in Treating Child Facial Paralysis in 42 Cases

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of the mouse nerve growth factor in treating child facial paralysis. Methods Eighty- four children patients with facial paralysis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the obser- vation group, 42 cases in each group. The two groups respectively adopted the routine therapy and the comprehensive therapy of mouse nerve growth factor. The changes of nerve electrophysiology and electroencephalogram （EEG） on 10, 20, 30 d were recorded and com- pared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.24% in the observation group and 76. 19% in the control group, the difference had the statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）; the amplitude of the facial nerve compound muscle action potential （CMAP） in the two groups were obviously recovered, the nerve conduction velocity was increased and the incubation period of the blink reflex （R1） was shortened obviously, moreover the improvement situation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）; the children patients in the observation group were cured after 1- year follow up without the disease aggravation and recurrence, but 1 case in the control group had aggravation, and was cured and discharged after re- hospitalization treatment. Condusion The mouse nerve growth factor for injection can obviously improve the symp- toms of child facial neuritis and increase the cure rate.
