摘    要:目的优选复方当益颗粒的最佳成型工艺。方法以颗粒的成型性、溶解性、吸湿性和流动性为考察指标,用La(34)正交试验优选成型工艺。结果最佳成型工艺为采用糊精作为稀释剂,水为润湿剂,混合粉末与润湿剂用量比为10:4.5。结论该工艺合理可行,稳定可靠,可为生产提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the optimum forming technology for Compound Dangyi Granules. Methods The forming technology of Compound Dangyi Granules was optimized by Z^(34) orthogonal experiments with the formability,solubility,hygroscopicity and liquidity of granules as the indexes. Results The optimum forming technology were as follows : dextrin was used as the diluent, water used as the wetting agent, the ratio of mixed powder to the wetting agent was 10:4. 5. Conclusion This forming technology is reasonable, feasible, stable and reliable,which can provide a basis for production.
