聚乙醇干扰素 α-2a 联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎 30 例简

目的探讨派罗欣（聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a注射液）治疗丙型肝炎病毒感染的慢性丙型肝炎患者的临床效果。方法将符合标准的丙型肝炎患者60例随机均分为两组，各30例，治疗组患者皮下注射派罗欣，对照组应用普通干扰素α-2a皮下注射；两组患者均同时给予口服利巴韦林，治疗周期均为48周，期间未进行其他药物治疗。结果临床治疗观察24周和48周后，治疗组和对照组的病毒学应答、生化学应答存在差异，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论派罗欣联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎临床疗效良好，使用方便，依从性强。

Clinical Efficacy of Pegasy Combined with Ribavirin in Treating Chronic Hepatitis C in 30 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pegasys （peginterferon alpha- 2a injection） in treating the patients with chronic hepatitis C infected by hepatitis C virus. Methods Eighty patients with chronic hepatitis C meeting the diagnostic standard were randomly divided into 2 groups 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with subcutaneous injection of Pegasys, while the control group used the ordinary interferon alfa- 2a by subcutaneous injection. At the same time the two groups were given oral ribavirin and the therapeutic cycle was 48 weeks without other medication. Results After the 24-week and 48 week treatment and observation, the difference in the virological response and the biochemical response existed between the two groups, the treatment groups was superior to the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Pegasys combined with ribavirin in treating chronic hepatitis C has better clinical effect, which is convenient to use with good compliance.
