复方银杏通脉口服液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年脑动脉粥样硬化50例

目的 观察复方银杏通脉口服液联合阿托伐他汀钙片（立普妥）治疗老年脑动脉粥样硬化患者的疗效.方法 选取2010年至2012年就诊的100例脑动脉粥样硬化患者,依据治疗方法的不同将患者分为治疗组和对照组,各50例.治疗组给予复方银杏通脉口服液联合立普妥治疗,对照组仅给予立普妥治疗.结果 治疗后,两组的血脂、颅内动脉弹性指标、颈动脉斑块大小均有不同程度的降低,且优于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗组症状缓解率为52.00％ （26/50）,对照组缓解率为20.00％ （10/50）,优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 复方银杏通脉口服液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗法对老年人的脑动脉粥样硬化的疗效明显,可明显改善临床症状、调节血脂、减轻脂质在血管的沉积.

Observation on Effect of Compound Yinxing Tongmai Oral Liquid Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets for Treating Elderly Cerebral Atherosclerosis in 50 Cases

Objective To observe the effect of Compound Yinxing Tongmai Oral Liquid combined with commonly used lipid regulation drug Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets（Lipitor） in treating elderly cerebral atherosclerosis. Methods 100 cases of cerebral atheroselerosis in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to different meth- ods of treatment,50 cases in each group;the treatment group reeeived the therapy of Compound Yinxing Tongmai Oral Liquid combined with Lipitor,while the control group only received Lipitor therapy. Results After treatment,blood lipids,intracranial arterial elasticity in- dex and carotid artery plaque size of the two groups were decreased in varying degrees,but the treatment group was better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）;the symptom alleviation rate after treatment was 52.00% （26/50） in the treatment group and 20.00% （10/50） in the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Compound Yinxing Tongmai Oral Liquid combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets has obvious effect fur treating elderly cerebral atherosclerosis, can significantly im- prove the clinical symptoms,decrease blood lipids and reduce the deposition of lipids in the blood vessels.
