匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特片治疗小儿支气管哮喘 150 例疗效观察简

目的 研究匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特片治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效,为临床提供合理、安全、有效的用药方法.方法 选取小儿支气管哮喘患儿300例,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各150例,两组患儿均给予同样的基础药物治疗,而观察组患儿则加用匹多莫德颗粒和孟鲁司特片,同时对两组患儿用药效果、肺功能改善、细胞学指标及免疫功能和安全性进行观察、对比.结果 观察组用药总有效率为96.67％,高于对照组的80.00％（P＜0.05）;观察组用药后肺功能改善情况好于对照组;CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,IgA,IgG指标水平升高明显优于对照组;两组患儿用药期间无不良反应发生,3个月随访结果显示,观察组患儿支气管哮喘发作次数低于对照组,发作持续时间少于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 匹多莫德颗粒联合孟鲁司特片治疗支气管哮喘效果满意且安全可靠,值得临床推广.

Clinical Efficacy of Pidotimod Combined with Montelukast Tablets in Treating Child Bronchial Asthma

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of pidotimod combined with Montelukast Tablets in treating child bronchial asthma in order to provide a clinically reasonable,safe and effective treatment method.Methods Three hundred clildren with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by referring to the random number table,150 cases in each group.The two groups were given the same basic medication therapy,while the observation group was added with Pidotimod Granules combined with Montelukast Tablets.At the same time,the effects,lung function improvement,cytological indexes,immune function and safety were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate after medication was 96.67% in the observation group,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group（P 〈 0.05）; After treatment,the improvement of lung function in the observation group was better than that in the control group; the levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CDs＋,IgA and IgG were significantly better than those in the control group; no adverse reactions in the two groups occurred during treatment,at the same time,the 3-month follow-up results revealed that the number of asthma attack was lower than that in the control group and the duration of attack was less than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Pidotimod Granules combined with Montelukast Tablets has satisfactory effect in treating bronchial asthma and it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinically promotion.
