摘    要:目的 建立消渴脉康颗粒的质量控制方法.方法 采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对组方中牛膝、丹参、枸杞子、桑寄生、延胡索和黄芪进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对芍药苷进行定量测定.结果 薄层色谱清晰,分离良好,阴性无干扰.芍药苷的平均回收率为96.95%,RSD为1.81%.结论 该方法简便易行、灵敏准确、专属性强,可用于消渴脉康颗粒的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the dissolution determination of Clarithromycin Granules.Methods With acetate buffer solution(pH =5.0) as the dissolution medium and the dissolution time of 30 rmin,the determination was performed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The linear range of clarithromycin was 20.60-92.68 μg/mL,the linear equation is A =1.998 7 C + 0.152 1,r =0.999 3(n =8).Conclusion The tnethod is simple,fast,accurate and can be applied to determine the dissolution of Clarithromycin Granules.
