摘    要:目的 建立测定氯锌油中氯霉素含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Waters C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠缓冲溶液-甲醇(60∶40),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为277 nm,柱温为30℃.结果 氯霉素的质量浓度在0.01~1.00 g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.18%,RSD=1.38%.结论 方法灵敏度高、操作简便、准确可靠,可用于氯锌油中氯霉素的含量测定.

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining the content of chloramphenicol in chlorine zinc oil.Methods The Waters C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted.The mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate buffer solution-methanol(60∶40) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 277 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The mass concentration of chloramphenicol within the range of 0.01-1.0 g/L showed good linear relation with the peak area.The average recovery rate was 100.18 %,RSD =1.38%.Conclusion This method has high sensitivity,is easy to operate,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the content determination of chloramphenicol in chlorine zinc oil.
