鱼腥草挥发油的研究进展

摘    要:调研了1994年至2012年中国知网收录的鱼腥草有关文献,在文献调研基础上综述鱼腥草挥发油的提取工作,着重分析了鱼腥草挥发油中最主要抗菌成分之一鱼腥草素(癸酰乙醛)的研究现状.调研发现,不同文献报道的鱼腥草挥发油中癸酰乙醛的含量迥异,介于0 ~ 21.61%,并发现部分文献将2-十三烷酮错误定性为癸酰乙醛.而现行鱼腥草注射液的国家药品标准中没有明确规定癸酰乙醛的含量,这是导致2006年鱼腥草事件的一个重要原因.需在准确定性癸酰乙醛的基础上,重新认识鱼腥草挥发油中癸酰乙醛的实际含量,为重新开发利用鱼腥草药材提供数据支持.

Abstract:The relevant articles about houttuynia cordata thumb(HCT) published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 1994 to 2012 were investigated in this paper. On the basis of literature research,the essential oil extract works from HCT were reviewed, especially focusing on the current research status of houttuynine(decanoyl acetaldehyde) as one of main antibacterial constituents in the HCT essential oil. The investigation and research found that their reported contents of decanoyl acetaldehyde in the essential oil from HCT were quite different, which ranged 0-21.61%. It was found that 2-tridecanone was mistaken for decanoyl acetaldehyde in some arti- cles. Furthermore,the content of decanoyl acetaldehyde is not explicitly stipulated in the current national quality control standard(QCS), which was primarily responsible for the HCT incident in 2006. It is necessary for characterizing the decanoyl acetaldehyde correctly again and finding out its actual content in the essential oil to provide the data support for developing and utilizing the HCT medicinal material.
