| 摘 要： | 目的观察龙牡壮骨颗粒治疗早期佝偻病的临床疗效。方法将2012年1月至2012年12月间治疗的60例早期佝偻病患儿随机均分为两组，治疗组给予龙牡壮骨颗粒，对照组口服葡萄糖酸钙口服液，比较治疗两月后两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93. 33% , 大于对照组的73.33%，具有显著性差异（p〈O. 05）。治疗组骨碱性磷酸酶小于200的患儿比例为90.00%，明显高于对照组的 66.67%，具有显著性差异（P 〈0.05）。结论龙牡壮骨颗粒治疗早期佝偻病的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | This study was designed to observe the change of the plasma IL-35 levels in patients with different type of coronary heart disease（CHD）and analyzed its correlation with coronary gensini score,high-sensitive Creactive protein（hs-CRP）and NT-proBNP.The results showed that plasma IL-35 levels were significantly decreased in the SAP group,the UAP group,and the AMI group compared with the patients in control group[（95.71±4.05）vs（111.44±4.57）,P0.001;（45.00±3.18）vs（111.44±4.57）,P0.001;（28.25± 3.19）vs（111.44±4.57）,P0.001,respectively].Furthermore,lower IL-35levels were moderately negatively correlated with NT-proBNP（r=-0.567,P0.01）and hs-CRP（r=-0.718,P0.01）in CHD patients, whereas the levels of IL-35were not related to the Gensini score. |
