| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定保婴镇惊丸中甘草苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱，AgilentC,8（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈一0．2％磷酸溶液（14：86），检测波长为276nm，柱温为40℃，流速1．0mL／min。结果甘草苷进样量在0．0973～0．9730μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9996）；平均回收率为98．01％，RSD=1．08％（n：6）。结论该方法操作简便、准确性好，可作为保婴镇惊丸中甘草苷的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of the liquirtin content in Baoyingzhenjing Pill. Methods The Sym- metry C,s column（250 mm4.6 ram,5 m） was adopted with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid（14：86） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the temperature was 40 and the detection wavelength was 276 nm. Results The linear range of liquirtin was 0.097 3-0.973 0 g （r=0.999 6） and the average recovery rate was 98.01% ,RSD= 1.08% （n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple to operate,highly accurate and applicable for the quality control of liquirtin of Baoyingzhenjing Pill. |
