| 摘 要： | 目的探讨葡萄糖酸钙注射液致不良反应的规律和原因，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2000年至2011年的中国期刊全文数据库文献进行检索，对其中涉及葡萄糖酸钙注射液不良反应的28篇文献中报道的38例病例报告进行统计与分析。结果与结论葡萄糖酸钙注射液致不良反应多为速发型，发生时间集中在10min内，发生人群各年龄段均有，以儿童居多，此外，静脉注射给药的不良反应发生率高，临床应用过程中应加强对患者的监护，防范药品不良反应的发生。

Literature Analysis of Adverse Reaction Caused by Calcium Gluconate Injection in 38 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the rules and causes of adverse drug reactions（ADR） caused by Calcium Gluconate Injection in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods By retrieving the literature from the Chinese journal full- text database （CJFD） during 2000-2011, 38 cases reported in 28 papers involving ADR caused by Calcium Gluconate Injection were statistically analyzed. Results and Conclusion ADR caused by Calcium Gluconate Injection is mainly the immediate type and the occurrence time focuses within 10 min. The occurred crowd is distributed in various ages and is dominated by children. In addition, the intravenous injection has the high occurrence rate of ADR. Therefore the patients monitoring during the clinical medication process should be strengthened for preventing the occurrence of ADR. |
