优泌乐 50 与优泌林 70/30 治疗 2 型糖尿病 50 例简

目的比较优泌乐50和优泌林70／30治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择口服降糖药物血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者100例，随机分成优泌乐50组和优泌林70／30组，两组适当加用阿卡波糖或二甲双胍，不用胰岛素促泌剂，每隔3—7d监测4次血糖（空腹，早餐、中餐、晚餐后2h），根据血糖调整胰岛素及口服药物用量，12周后比较两组的空腹血糖，早餐后2h血糖，晚餐后2h血糖，糖化血红蛋白，低血糖发生次数，胰岛素用量，观察其治疗效果。结果两组在空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白的控制上差异无显著性，但在控制餐后2h血糖、低血糖发生率、胰岛素用量上有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论优泌乐50治疗2型糖尿病优于优泌林70／30。

Clinical Efficacy of Effects of Humalog 50 and Humulin 70/30 in Treating Type 2 Diabetes MeUitus

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Humalog 50 and Humulin 70/30 in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods One hundred patients with T2DM and poor sugar control by oral antidiabetic drugs were selected and randomly divided into the Humalog 50 group and Humulin 70/30 group. The two groups were appropriately added with acarbose or metformin and without in- sulin secretagogues. The blood sugar was monitored four times every other 3-7 d （fasting, 2 h after breakfast, lunch and supper）. The dosages of insulin and oral antidiabetic drugs were adjusted according to the blood sugar levels. After 12-week treatment, the fasting blood sugar, blood sugar at 2- h after breakfast, lunch and supper, glycosylated hemoglobin, requency of hypoglycemia and insulin dose were compared between the two groups. Results The control of fasting blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups had no statistically significant difference. But the control of 2 h postprandial blood sugar, frequency of hypoglycemia and insulin dose between the two groups had statistically significant differences（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Humalog 50 is superior to Humulin 70/30 for treating T2DM.
