| 摘 要： | 目的观察对药师开展药学服务对减少药品不良反应的效果。方法选取120例中药治疗患者随机分成两组，各60例，观察组的药师提供药学服务，而对照组的药师不提供。对两组患者的药品不良反应进行对比。结果观察组的药品不良反应率为3．33％低于对照组的11．67％（P〈0．05）。结论药师开展药学服务可有效降低药品的不良反应率，从而提高患者的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of pharmacists conducting the pharmaceutical care on reducing adverse drug reactions（ADR）. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with Chinese medicine therapy were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The pharmacists did not provide the pharmaceutical care to the control group, but to the observation group. Finally, the ADR were compared between the two groups. Results ADR was 3.33% in the observation group, which was lower than 11.67% in the control group, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pharmacists carrying out the pharmaceutical services can effec- tively reduce the occurrence rate of AI）R, thereby improve the therapeutic effect. |
