| Abstract: | The relevant literatures about several frequently - used pre - column derivatization methods used in the components detection of amino acids in the animal medicines at present are consulted. Their application situation,advantages,disadvantages,derivatization condi- tions and detective conditions are performed the generalization and summarization. The current existing problems and the research direc- tion in the future are investigated. |
