优福宁、微卡、健脾润肺丸联合化学治疗药物治疗耐多药肺结核的效果分 析简

目的 观察优福宁、微卡及健脾润肺丸联合化学治疗（化疗）药物治疗耐多药肺结核（MDR-TB）的近期效果.方法 将76例MDR-TB患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例.对照组采用标准化治疗方案.观察组在此基础上加用微卡22.50μg,肌肉注射,化疗1周后每2周用药1次;优福宁每次4粒,1日3次;健脾润肺丸每次4丸,1日3次.疗程均为6个月.结果 治疗6个月后,观察组痰菌阴转率为78.95％,明显高于对照组的57.89％（X2=3.897,P=0.048 ＜0.05）;观察组显效率为60.52％,明显高于对照组的34.21％（X2=4.266,P=0.039 ＜0.05）;观察组肝功能异常情况明显低于对照组（X2=3.934,P=0.047 ＜0.05）;观察组胃肠反应发生情况明显低于对照组（X2=4.547,P=0.033 ＜0.05）;观察组饮食改善情况明显多于对照组（r=10.580,P=0.001＜0.01）.结论 优福宁、微卡及健脾润肺丸联合化疗药物治疗MDR-TB效果满意,值得临床借鉴.

Efficacy of Youfuning,Mycobacterium Vaccae for Injection and Jianpirunfei Pills Combined with Chemotherapeutic Drugs in Treating MDR-TB

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of Youfuning,mycobacterium vaccae for Injection and Jianpirunfei Pills combined with chemotherapeutic drugs in treating multiple drug resistant tuberculosis（MDR-TB）.Methods Seventy-six patients with MDR-TB were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The control group adopted the standardization treatment scheme,while on this basis the observation group was added with Mycobacterium Vaccae for Injection 22.5 μg by muscular injection,once per 2 weeks; Youfuning 4 granules per time,3 times daily; Jianpirunfei Pills 4 pills per time,3 times daily.The course of the treatment was 6 months.Results The sputum negative conversion rate was 78.9% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 57.9% in the control group（x2 =3.897,P =0.048 〈 0.05）.The significantly effective rate was 60.52% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 34.21% in the control group（x2 =4.266,P =0.039 〈0.05）.The abnorumal situation of the liver function in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（x2 =3.934,P =0.047 〈0.05）.The gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（x2 =4.547,P =0.033 〈0.05）.The dietary improvement in the observation group was more than that in the control group（X2 =10.580,P =0.001 〈0.01）.Conclusion The efficacy of Youfuning,Mycobacterium Vaccae for Injection and Jianpirunfei Pills combined with chemotherapeutic drugs in treating MDR-TB have the satisfactory effect,which is worth spreading clinically.
