血塞通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死 58 例疗效观 察简

目的 探讨血塞通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 116例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各58例.两组患者均给予常规综合治疗,治疗组加用奥扎格雷钠注射液80 mg,静脉滴注,注射用血塞通冻干粉400 mg稀释后静脉滴注,均每日1次,疗程10～14 d;对照组加用复方丹参注射液20 mL稀释后静脉滴注,胞二磷胆碱1.0稀释后静脉滴注,均每日1次,连用10～ 14 d.结果 治疗组总有效率为94.83％ （55/58）,对照组总有效率为86.21％ （50/58）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组治疗后临床神经功能缺损程度评分对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 血塞通联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死可以提高治愈好转率、改善生活质量,且具有疗效显著、见效快、安全可靠、不良反应小等优点,值得临床推广.

Clinical Study on Xuesaitong Injection Combined with Ozagrel Sodium For Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuesaitong Injection combined with Ozagrel Sodium in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 116 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,58 cas- es in each group. Two groups were given the conventional comprehensive therapy. The treatment group was added with Ozagrel Sodium In- jection 80 mg by intravenous injection, Xuesaitong injection frozen powder 400 mg was diluted for intravenous drip, once daily, witht he treatment course of 10-14 d;the control group was added with Compound Danshen Injection 20 mL by intravenous infusion after dilu- tion,citicoline 1.0 g by intravenous injection after dilution, once daily,for successive 10-14 d. Results The total effective rate was 94.83% （55/58） in the treatment group and 86.21% （50/58） in the control group,there was statistically significant difference be- tween the two groups （P 〈 0.05）;the clinical neurological defect scores had statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Xuesaitong Injection combined with sodium ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction has the advantages of obvious curative effect, quick onset,safety,reliability and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
