| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨抗结核治疗的同时应用卡介菌多糖核酸调节免疫力治疗,对2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者的免疫功能的影响.方法 选取80例2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者,在给予抗结核治疗的同时给予卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,监测外周血的T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋）、自然杀伤细胞（NK）是否发生变化.结果 经皮下注射卡介菌多糖核酸后,患者外周血CD3＋,CD4＋水平显著提高（P＜0.01）,CD4＋/CD8＋比值明显升高（P＜0.05）.结论 卡介菌多糖核酸可以显著提高2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者的细胞免疫功能.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of anti-tuberculosis treatment combined with Bacilli Calmette-Gurin（BCG） polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment on immune function in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis（TB） and type 2 diabetes（T2DM）.Methods Eighty patients with TB and T2DM accepted anti-TB treatment,and the change of T-lymphocyte subpopulations in blood （CD3,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋）,NK was monitored.Results Compare with those before treatment,patients＇ serum CD3＋,CD4＋ increased significantly after subcutaneous injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid,（P 〈 0.01）,and CD4 ＋/CD8＋ increased significantly（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid can improve cellular immune function in patients with T2DM and TB. |
