金蝉止痒胶囊对小鼠皮肤瘙痒的影响研究

目的 探讨金蝉止痒胶囊对小鼠皮肤瘙痒的治疗作用.方法 分别选用2＇4二异氰酸甲苯酯、右旋糖酐、4-氨基吡啶引出小鼠瘙痒症状,给予金蝉止痒胶囊治疗,观察小鼠表现从而推断药物疗效.结果 金蝉止痒胶囊各剂量组均能够延长2＇4-二异氰酸甲苯酯和4-氨基吡啶导致小鼠皮肤瘙痒的潜伏期（P＜0.05）,并明显减少2＇4-二异氰酸甲苯酯导致的皮肤瘙痒过程中小鼠的搔抓次数（P＜0.01）;高剂量组金蝉止痒胶囊能够显著减少由右旋糖酐导致的小鼠皮肤瘙痒时间和小鼠单位时间内的搔抓次数（P＜0.05）.结论 金蝉止痒胶囊可以有效抑制由多种原因导致的小鼠皮肤瘙痒症状,具有良好的止痒作用.

Research on Effect of Jinchan Relieving Itch Capsule on Mice Skin Itch

Objective To explore the curative effect of Jinchan Relieving Itch Capsule on mice skin itch. Methods 2＇4 toluene diiso- cyanate （TDI）, dextran（DX） and 4-aminopyridine were selected for causing the skin itch symptom in mice respectively. The model mice were treated by Jiuchan Relieving Itch Capsule and the mice manifestations were observed for deducing the curative effects of drugs. Results All doses groups of Jinchan Relieving Itch Capsule obviously prolonged the incubative stage of itch induced by TDI and 4-aminopyridine（P 〈 0.05） and reduce the scratch times significantly during the itch process induced by TDI（P 〈 0.01）;the high dose groups of Jinchan Relieving Itch Capsule could reduce the mice skin itch period and the scratch times induced by time induced by DX（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jinchan Relieving Itch Capsule can effectively inhibit the skin itch symptom caused by various reasons and has well effect for relieving skin itch.
