双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合质子泵抑制剂三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡 90 例简

目的观察双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合质子泵抑制剂（PPI）三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）阳性消化性溃疡的·临床疗效。方法选择2010年9月至2012年9月诊治的180例幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者，将其随机分为两组，各90例。对照组应用质子泵抑制剂（PPI）三联疗法，观察组在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌活菌胶囊进行治疗，评价两组患者的临床疗效，测定HP杀灭情况，同时随访消化性溃疡的复发率，观察药品不良反应。结果临床有效率观察组为95．56％，对照组为75．56％；胃镜溃疡疗效观察组总有效率为91．11％，对照组为68．89％；HP抑杀率观察组为84．44％，对照组为64．44％，对照组不良反应发生率为57．78％，明显高于观察组的15．56％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合PPI三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果较为显著，复发率相对较低，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

Live Bifidobacterium Capsules Combined with Triple Therapy in Treating Helicobacter Pylori Peptic Ulcer in 99 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Live Bifidobacterium Capsules combined with the triple therapy in treating Heli- cobacter pylori （HP） peptic ulcer. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from September 2010 to September 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 90 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the triple therapy of proton pump inhibitor, while on the basis of the routine triple therapy of proton pump inhibitor the observation group was added Live Bifidobacterium Capsules. The clinical effect of the two groups were evaluated, the HP eliminated situation was measured, at the same time, the digestive ulcer recurrence rate was followed up and the adverse drug reactions were ob- served. Results The effective rate was 95.56% in the observation group and 75.56% in the control group; the HP inhibitory rate was 84. 44% in the observation group and 64. 44% in the control group; the occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 57.78% in the con- trol group, which was significantly higher than 15.56% in the observation group, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Live Bifidobacterium Capsules combined with the triple therapy has more obvious effect for treating HP peptic ulcer with relatively low recurrence rate and less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promoted.
