| 摘 要： | 目的观察阿魏酸钠对早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的作用。方法将78例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为常规治疗组（38例）和阿魏酸钠治疗组（40例），均治疗4周，观察两组治疗前后血清胱抑素C（Cysc）及尿微量白蛋白排泄率（UAER）的变化。结果与治疗前比较，阿魏酸钠治疗组CysC及UAER水平明显下降（P〈0．05），常规治疗组治疗前后CysC及UAER水平无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论阿魏酸钠治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of sodium ferulate on early diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods 78 cases of early DN were randomly divided into the routine treatment group （38 cases） and the sodium ferulate treatment group（40 cases）,and received the 4-week treatment. The changes of serum cystatin C（Cys C） and urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER） before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment,the Cys C and UAER levels in the sodium ferulate treatment group were signifi- cantly decreased（P 〈 0. 05）,but which in the routine treatment group had no significant difference between before and after treatment （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Sodium ferulate has definite effect in treating early DN. |
