胆囊癌组织bcl-2和bax基因表达的意义

摘    要:目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因bcl-2和凋亡促进基因bax蛋白在胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法对52例胆囊癌,20例胆囊炎组织标本进行Bcl-2和Bax蛋白产物检测。结果:胆囊癌和胆囊炎细胞中Bcl-2和Bax蛋白均主要分布在细胞胞质内;胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中Bcl-2蛋白产物阳性率分别为69.2%和20.0%(P<0.01);Bax蛋白产物在胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中表达阳性率分别为30.8%和80.0%(P<0.01);Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达阳性率在胆囊癌的病理类型及患者预后间差异显著。结论:Bcl-2和Bax蛋白在胆囊癌和胆囊炎组织中均有表达,Bcl-2蛋白表达增高和Bax蛋白表达降低可能与胆囊癌的发生、发展有关,BcL-2和Bax蛋白表达可能作为胆囊癌及预后评估的指标。

Abstract:AIM To investigate the expression and significance of the bcl 2 and bax in carcinoma of gallbladder and cholecystitis. METHODS Immunohistochemical method was used in 52 cases of the gallbladder carcinoma and 20 cases of gallbladder epithellal. RESULTS The bcl 2 and bax genes, stained with brownish granules, were mainly located in the cytoplasm. The positive rate of Bcl 2 was 69.2% in gallbladder carcinoma and 20.0% in gallbladder epithellal ( P < 0.01). The positive rate of Bax was 30.8% in gallbladder carcinoma and 80.0% in gallbladder epithellal ( P < 0.01 ). There is a significant difference between positive rate of Bcl 2 and that of gallbladder carcinoma in pathological stages. CONCLUSION The abnormal expression of Bcl 2 and Bax suppresses the cell apotosis and may play an important role in the generation and development of the gallbladder carcinoma.
