中西医结合治疗寻常痤疮35例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将67例患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组32例。治疗组内服清肤汤,同时服用盐酸多西环素胶囊;对照组服用盐酸多西环素胶囊。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组痊愈6例,显效26例,有效3例,总有效率为91.43%;对照组痊愈3例,显效21例,有效3例,无效5例,总有效率75%。2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能改善症状,缩短病程,减少抗生素的用量和使用时间,减少副作用的发生,提高临床疗效。

Curative Effects on the Treatment of 35 Cases of Ordinary Acne with the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Mecdicine

Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of ordinary acne with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method:To divide67patients into a curative group with35cases and a control group with32cases with random sampling.The patients in the curative group were treated with Qing Fu decoction and doxycycline hyclate capsule at the same time while the patients in the control group were treated with doxycycline hyclate capsule only.Result:Two weeks later,in the curative group,6patients were cured,26patients had highly efficacious cure,3patients were effective,no patient was ineffective and the total effective rate was91.43%while in the control group,3patients were cured,21patients had highly efficacious cure,3patients were effective,5patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was75%.The comparison between the total effective rate of the two groups had an obvious difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of the ordinary acne with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine enables patients lighten symptom,shorten the course of disease,reduce dosage and use time of antibiotic,diminish side-effect and raise clinical curative effects.
