摘    要:本计算机程序用BASIC语言编写。它以241种常见食物的各种营养成份为基本数据,以《食物成份表》为准对食物进行合理分类,对营养调查中的各种资料,在计算机上进行了快速正确的计算。该程序已在APPLE-Ⅰ等微型计算机上投入使用,速度比用计算器提高三十倍以上,效用是显著的。

Abstract:This program was written in BASIC, Its calculations based on the food files consisting of 241 commonly consumed foods. According to "The Table of Foods Composition", the program classified the nutrient content in all kinds of food. Furthermore, use of computer relieved lots of tedious and repeated calculations and improved the accuracy of results during the investigation as well. This computerized system was implemented on APPLE-2 micro-computers in our laboratory. The speed of using computers showed over thirty folds faster than that of using calculators. The efficiency of this program was quite obvious.
