45例2型糖尿病合并肝损害降糖治疗前后临床观察

目的：研究2型糖尿病（DM）合并肝损害患者降糖治疗前后肝功能及血脂变化。方法：45例2型DM合并肝损害患者采用降糖药物治疗，并测定其治疗前后血生化相关指标的变化。结果：2型糖尿病合并肝损害患者TC、AST、ALT－TBIL、HA、SF、sIgA经降糖治疗后低于治疗前（P＜0．01），而TG、ALB、GLO无明显变化（P＞0．05）。结论：2型DMA合并肝损害虱，经降糖治疗后能够改善肝功能。2型DM患者常规进行肝功能检测是非常必要的，检测血清HA、SF、sIgA水平对于解肝功能情况有一定的临床价值。

Clinical Observation in 45 Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Hepatic Injury before and after Hypoglycemic Treatment

To observe the changes of liver function and blood-lipid in 45 type 2 diabetic patients with hepatic in jury before and after hypoglycemic treatment. Methods: The changes of serum total glycerol(TG), total cholesterin(TC), as-partate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT),albumin(ALB) , globulin(GLO) , total bilirubin(TBIL), hyaluronic acid(HA), serum ferritin(SF) and secrete immunoglobulin A (slgA) of these patients were detected before and after hypoglycemic treatment. Results: The serum AST, ALT, TBIL, HA, SF and slgA were significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.05 ) , but the serum TG, TC, ALB and GLO did not change (P > 0.05 ). Conclusion; The liver function of type 2 diabetic patients with hepatic injury can be improved by the hypoglycemic treatment. It is necessary for type 2 diabetic patients to check the liver function. Measuring the levels of serum HA, SF and slgA is possessed of clinical value for understanding the liver function.
