核酸信号放大检测及纳米技术的应用

摘    要:近年来发展迅速的核酸信号放大检测方法有效地提高了核酸检测的灵敏度,文章对枝状核酸信号放大系统(bDNA),侵染检测(Invader),滚环扩增方法(RCA)的检测原理、分析性能以及临床应用等相关问题进行了评述,重点描述了纳米粒子在放大核酸检测信号中的应用,并对信号放大方法与模板扩增方法进行了对比。

Abstract:Current method of signal amplification for nucleic acid assay developped rapidly. It related to high sensitivity and specificity. Different amplifying signal methods including branched DNA (bDNA), invader and rolling circle amplification (RCA) are reviewed in regard with principles, prope rties and clinical applications, the induction of nanoparticles into nucleic acid assay was described especially. In addition, the comparison of signal amplification assays with template amplification is noted.
