人工肝技术与中西药联合治疗重型肝炎63例临床研究

目的观察中西药结合人工肝技术治疗重型肝炎63例的临床疗效.方法所有病例均按常规给予内科综合治疗,并进行人工肝血浆置换术;中医分为湿热或热毒内盛、血瘀血热、气虚湿盛三型辨证用药;治疗后观察症状、体征及实验室指标的变化.结果63例患者通过联合治疗,亚急性重型肝炎均治愈好转,慢性重型肝炎好转52例,死亡3例,无效8例,总有效率82.54%.结论中西药联合人工肝技术治疗重型肝炎疗效可靠.

The Clinical Study on the Artificial Liver Technique and the Combination of TCM and WM for 63 Patients with Heavy Type Hepatitis

Objective:To observe the effect of the artificial liver technique and the combination of TCM and WM for 63 patient of heavy type hepatitis. Methods: Patients were given normal medical comprdhensive therapy,combined with the artificial liver blood plasma metathesis technique.The patients were diviede into syndrome of hot and dampness or excessive hot insides,of stagnation and heat in the blood,of deficiency of Qi and excessive dampness according to the principles of CM.Observeing the symptoms,sings and the variety of the laboratory indexsigs.Results:63 Patients with combined treatment,all subacute heary thpe hepatitis were cured,52 patients of the chronic and heavy type hepatitis turmed for the better,died 3 patients invaled 8 patients,the total effiective rate was 82.54% .Conclusion:Treament of heavy type hepatitis with the artificial liver technique and combination of TCM and WM has a better curative effect than single WM.
