腭裂修补术后伤口处理的临床观察

目的对比研究腭裂术后伤口2种不同处理方法的效果.方法将56例腭裂患者随机分成A、B两组,术后伤口处理分别采用A组填塞碘仿纱条和B组免填塞碘仿纱条,观察术后体温改变及并发症的发生率.结果A组患者术后体温恢复正常平均时间大于B组,并发症2组无明显差异.B组术后反应较轻,住院时间短,住院费用低.结论腭裂术后伤口处理免填塞碘仿纱条的方法优于填塞碘仿纱条的方法.

Management of the incision in palatoplasty

Objective To evaluate the two ways of management of the incision in palatoplasty.?Methods 56 patients with cleft palate were divided randomly into two groups to treat the incision with iodine gauze packing(group A) and without packing(group B).The body temperature and the incidence of complications were recorded.?Results The average period of time for the body temperature to recover was longer in group A than in group B.There were no obvious difference in complication between the two groups.?Conclusion The management of incision without packing is superior to that with iodine gauze packing.The post-operative reactions are milder when the gauze packing is omitted,so that the length of hospitalization is shortened,and the expenses lowered.
