卡维地洛联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察卡维地洛联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将121例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组。对照组58例予以强心、利尿、扩冠药物联合卡维地洛口服治疗；治疗组63例在对照组治疗的基础上予以环磷腺苷葡胺注射液60mg，静脉滴注，每日1次。2组均2周为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察临床疗效和心功能变化情况。结果治疗后对照组总有效率为65．5％，治疗组总有效率81．0％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）；2组治疗后心功能较治疗前均有明显改善（P〈0．05），且治疗组改善情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论卡维地洛与环磷腺苷葡胺联合应用可显著增强慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效，改善心功能。

Observation of chronic congestive heart failure treated by combination of Carvedilol and Adenosine Cyclophosphate

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Carvedilol and Adenosine Cyclophosphate on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 121 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 58 ） were treated by combination of Carvedilol and routine therapy. 63 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Carvedilol and Adenosine Cyclophosphate, 60 rag, IV drip. The course in two groups was two weeks. The effect and changes of cardiac function were observed after a course. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （81. 0% ） was higher than that in control group （65.5% , P 〈 0.05 ）. Cardiac function after treatment was improved obviously in comparison with that before treat- ment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of cardiac function in treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination of Carvedilol and Adenosine Cyclophosphate can increase significantly effect on chronic congestive heart failure.
