阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关因素研究

目的 调查城镇男性和女性青、中、老年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obatructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS）的发病率及其相关因素。方法 采用问诊和体格检查初步诊断OSAHS病人，筛选病人进行多导睡眠仪(PSG)监测。结果 按年龄和体重指数分组进行分析，问询和检查休闲体检者5106例，初步诊断OSAHS病人5例，PSG确诊367例，发病率分别为7．9％和7．1％。发病率按年龄分组青年组男性0.5％，女性2.9%;中年组男性4.0%，女性11.6%;老年组男性6．3％，女性17．1％。发病率肥胖组最高，超重组次之，正常组最低。结论 城镇小康人口OSAHS的发病率与年龄和体重指数(BMI)呈直线相关，强调对OSAHS早期诊断和干预的重要性。

Correlation factors study of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

Objective To study the prevalence of OSAHS of young?middle aged and old women and men in the city population.Methods The initial diagnosis of OSAHS was made by interviews and physical examination. Some patients were reexamined by PSG. The date was divided based of age and bode mass index (BMI) in order to analyze the prevalence of OSAHS.Results 5106 cases were interviewed or examined. The prevalence of OSAHS was 7.9% in the group of 405 cases selected by initial diagnosis and was 7.1% in the group of 367 cases selected by PSG. In the young group, men's prevalence of OSAHS is 0 5%, women's is2.9%; in the middle aged group men's is 4.0%, women's is 11.6%: in the elderly group, men's is6.3%, women's is 17.1%. It was highest in the obesity group, second in the overweight group and lowest in the normal group.Conclusions There is linear correlation between the age?BMI and the prevalence of OSAHS. The early diagnosis and precaution of OSAHS are very important.
