Skp2蛋白和P21蛋白在乳腺增生恶变过程中的表达及意义

目的 探讨Skp2和P21在乳腺增生恶变过程中的表达及意义.方法 采用免疫组化法检测乳腺正常组织、乳腺腺病、乳腺不典型增生、乳腺增生恶变和浸润性乳腺癌组织中Skp2及P21的表达状况.结果 Skp2和P21在乳腺正常组织及乳腺腺病中均表达阴性;在乳腺不典型增生中阳性率分别为25.71%和37.14%,在乳腺增生恶变中阳性率分别为63.16%和73.68%,乳腺癌中阳性率分别为75%和100%,统计学处理显示:二者在乳腺正常组织组与乳腺不典型增生组之间有显著性差异,不典型增生组与乳腺增生恶变组之间有显著性差异,乳腺增生恶变组与乳腺癌组之间无显著性差异.P21对skp2的表达有一定的促进作用,(x2=20.915,P=0.000).Spearman相关分析显示Skp2和P21表达标呈正相关r=0.563,P=0.000.结论 Skp2和P21均为乳腺增生恶变的危险因素,Skp2和P21可作为诊断乳腺增生恶变及判断乳腺不典型增生预后的指标.
