| 摘 要： | 目的：研究Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和组织蛋白酶Ｄ（Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ）表达与食管癌分级、浸润、转移和预后的关系，以及 Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达与 Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ表达的相互关系。方法应用微波－ＳＰ免疫组化法，检测 ６５例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中 Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和 ＰＣＮＡ表达水平。结果在食管病中 Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ表达阳性率分别为５０．８％和 ６４．４％。Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和 Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ表达均与肿瘤分级、浸润、淋巴结转移和预后相关。Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达与Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ表达呈正相关。结论Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ是食管癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要生物学指标。食管癌 Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和Ｃａｔｈ－Ｄ表达具有可能的相互协同作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the association of C-erbB-2 expression with cathepsin D (Cath-D) in esophageal carcinoma. Methods Microwave-LSAB immunohistochemical method wad used to examine the expression of C-erbB-2 protein Cath-D in 65 specimens of esophageal carcinoma. Results The positive rates of C-erbB-2 protein and Cath-D was 50. 8% and 64. 4% respectively. The expression of C-erbB-2 protein and Cath-D in squamous carcioma was corre- lated with tumor grade, infiltration, lymph nodes metastasis and prognosis. The expression of C-erbB-2 was positively correlated with the expression of and Cath-D (r=0. 42, P <0. 005). Conclution C-erbB-2 protein and Cath-D expression is important to determine the degree of malignacy and prognosis, and predict lymph nodes metastasis of esophageal carcinoma. There might be regulated interaction between C-erbB--2 protein and Cath-D. |
