| Abstract: | Through analyzing the present situation of hospital nursing attendant team in our country, we may achieve the expecting purpose of helping the people to clearly recognize the necessity and the feasibility of the construction of hospital nursing attendant team, as well as problems existing and possible adopts countermeasure, in order to reinforce standardized hospital nursing attendant team construction and comprehensively raise its care level. |
