摘    要:本科生导师制评价体系是运用评价面谈、发展性评价技术和方法,对评价客体的素质发展、工作过程和绩效进行评价判断,使评价客体在评价过程中,不断认识自我、发展自我和完善自我,逐步实现不同的发展目标,优化自我素质结构,起到导航、监督、管理的作用。本文主要探讨了评价体系在本科生导师制实施过程的重要作用,以及如何来完善该评价体系。

Abstract:The evaluation for undergraduate tutorial system involves assessing the competence development, work process and performance of the evaluation subjects by using evaluative interview and developing evaluation technique and methods. This will enable the evaluation subjects to better understand, develop and perfect themselves during the evaluation, thus achieving different development goals, optimize competence structure and make the evaluation system play an important role in guidance, supervision and management. This paper mainly discusses the important function of the evaluation in undergraduate tutorial system and ways to improve this evaluation system.
