摘    要:目的探讨以芦丁作为对照品,采用三氯化铝(AlCl3)比色法测定中药总黄酮含量的专属性,并建立AlCl3比色法测定中药总黄酮含量的最优条件。方法通过对几类典型结构的黄酮类及多酚类化合物AlCl3显色前后的吸收峰(200~600nm)进行比较,分析以芦丁为对照品的AlCl3比色法测定中药总黄酮的合理性。结果AlCl3显色后,部分黄酮类物质在421nm处有较强吸收。结论采用AlCl3比色法测定中药总黄酮的含量具有合理性,并建立了AlCl3比色法测定中药总黄酮含量的最优条件。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the speciality of AlCl3 colorimetry with rutin as reference substance for evaluation on the content of total flavonoids and investigate the optimum condition of AlCl3 colorimetry. Methods To make a series of flavonoids and poly- phenols with typical structure with AlCl3 and measure their absorption curves at the range of 200 - 600 nm. Results At the wavelength of 421 nm, some flavonoid - like compounds showed the similar absorption with rutin. Conclusion It is reasonable to determine the total flavonoids by using AlCl3 colorimetry with rutin as reference substance and establish the optimum condition of AlCl3 colorimetry.
