| 摘 要： | 借助远程医疗进行健康扶贫,可在一定程度上弥补我国边远地区医疗资源的不足,缓解医疗资源配置不均的问题。文章总结了目前我国远程医疗的现状和在健康扶贫实践中的困难,介绍了近期几个国家远程医疗应用的经验,对我国利用远程医疗助力健康扶贫行动提出建议,主要包括发展特色路径、创新运作模式、应用智能技术、持续培养人才等。

| Abstract: | Telemedicine can partially compensate the lack of high-quality healthcare service in remote areas of China and alleviate the problem of uneven allocation of medical resources.The paper summarized the current status of telemedicine in China and the difficulties in poverty alleviation via healthcare, introduced the experience of several nations in the application of telemedicine, and put forward some suggestions, including developing tailored solutions, innovating operation modes, applying intellectual technologies, and implementing the sustainable training programs. |
