炎症在糖尿病视网膜病变中的研究进展

目前，我国糖尿病发病率呈现不断上升趋势，糖尿病会导致严重的代谢紊乱以及多种急、慢性并发症，糖尿病视网膜病变（Diabetes retinopathy，DR）（DR）就是其中最常见的微血管并发症之一。近年来，2型糖尿病中DR的发病率明显升高，已成为全世界范围内致盲的主要原因之一。关于DR的原因及机制目前尚未明确，但众多研究表明，炎症细胞、炎症因子、炎症信号通路共同作用，引起炎症级联反应，在DR的发生与发展中发挥了关键作用。本文将对炎症细胞、炎症因子、炎症信号通路在DR中的研究进展进行综述，阐述炎症在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用机制，以期进一步研究防治方法，改善DR患者的生存质量。

In recent years, the incidence rate of DR in type 2 diabetes has increased significantly, which has become one of the main causes of blindness all over the world. The cause and mechanism of Dr are not clear, but many studies have shown that inflammatory cells, inflammatory factors and inflammatory signaling pathways work together to cause inflammatory cascade reaction, which plays a key role in the occurrence and development of Dr. This article will review the research progress of inflammatory cells, inflammatory factors and inflammatory signaling pathways in DR, and elaborate the mechanism of inflammation in diabetes retinopathy, in order to further study the prevention and treatment methods and improve the quality of life of Dr patients.
