摘 要: | 目的探讨Cortactin及Exo70在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法回顾性选取2017年1月至2019年12月空军特色医学中心治疗的106例HCC患者并作为HCC组,以及收集同期正常肝组织40例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测Cortactin及Exo70表达。分析Cortactin及Exo70表达与HCC患者临床病理特征、预后的关系。分析Cortactin与Exo70表达相关性。结果HCC组Cortactin及Exo70阳性表达率(59.43%、50.94%)明显高于对照组(27.50%、17.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HCC组TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组织Cortactin及Exo70阳性表达率(82.93%、80.49%)高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ组织(44.62%、32.31%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组织Cortactin及Exo70阳性表达率(75.51%、79.59%)高于无淋巴结转移(45.61%、26.32%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有门静脉侵袭组织Cortactin及Exo70阳性表达率(80.65%、77.42%)高于无门静脉侵袭组织(50.67%、40.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HCC组织中Cortactin与Exo70表达呈正相关(rs=0.611,P<0.05);Cortactin和Exo70共阳性表达患者中位总体生存时间为19个月(95%CI:16.16~21.84),明显短于Cortactin和Exo70共阴性表达患者34个月(95%CI:31.45~36.54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与Cortactin和Exo70单阳性表达患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HCC组织Cortactin及Exo70表达上调,与TNM分期、淋巴结转移及门静脉侵袭有关,同时两者表达间存在正相关关系,与患者预后可能存在一定关系。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Cortatin and Exo70 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods A total of 106 cases of HCC patients(HCC group)treated in Air Force Characteristic Medical Center from January 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively selected,and 40 cases of normal liver tissue during the same period were collected as the control group.The expression of Cortactin and Exo70 were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and the relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of HCC was analyzed.Cortactin and Exo70 expression correlation was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of Cortatin and Exo70 in HCC group(59.43%,50.94%)were significantly higher than those in control group(27.50%,17.50%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of Cortatin and Exo70 in TNM stageⅢ-Ⅳtissues(82.93%,80.49%)were higher than those inⅠ-Ⅱtissues(44.62%,32.31%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of Cortactin and Exo70 in tissues with lymph node metastasis(75.51%,79.59%)were higher than those without lymph node metastasis(45.61%、26.32%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive expression rates of Cortactin and Exo70 tissues with portal vein invasion(80.65%,77.42%)were higher than those without portal vein invasion(50.67%、40.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was a positive correlation between the expression of Cortactin and Exo70(rs=0.611,P<0.05);The median survival time of patients with co positive expression of cortactician and Exo70 was 19 months(95%CI:16.16~21.84),which was significantly shorter than that of patients with co negative expression of cortactician and Exo70(34 months,95%CI:31.45~36.54),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with patients with single positive expression of Cortactin and Exo70,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of Cortatin and Exo70 are up-regulated in HCC tissues,which are related to TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and portal vein invasion,and there is a positive correlation between the two expressions,them may be related to the prognosis of patients. |
