| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西药并用治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴抑郁症的临床疗效.方法 将61例患者随机分为治疗组36例、对照组25例.对照组采用常规抗抑郁治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用逍遥散加减治疗.结果 治疗组在改善临床症状、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、肺功能(FEV1)等方面优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P＜0.05),且治疗组副作用的产生较对照组明显减少.结论 中西药并用治疗COPD伴抑郁症具有更好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Method All 64 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=36) and the control group (n=25). The control group was treated with routine anti-depression therapy and the treatment group, with Xiaoyao Powder and its modifications besides of the routine therapy. Result The outcomes of the treatment group were better in the relief of symptoms, HAMD scores, side effects and lung function (FEV1 and FVC) than those of the control group with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine has a better curative effect on COPD accompanied by depression. |
