益肾醒脑汤治疗血管性痴呆疗效观察

目的 观察益肾醒脑汤治疗血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)患者的临床疗效.方法 将50例VD患者随机分为治疗组36例、对照组14例.治疗组予益肾醒脑汤治疗,对照组给予脑复康治疗.观察治疗前后简易精神状况检查量表(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分情况,观察中医证候疗效及肾虚髓减证症状疗效.结果 两组均能显著提高患者MMSE、HDS、ADL评分,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01),其中治疗后ADL评分治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).治疗组中医证侯总有效率为86.1%,对照组为64.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).治疗组在改善腰膝酸软、倦怠思卧、表情呆板、思维迟钝、小便失禁等临床症状方面,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 益肾醒脑汤治疗血管性痴呆有较好疗效.

Curative effect of Yishenxingnao Decoction on vascular dementia

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yishenxingnao Decoction on vascular dementia. Methods All 50 cases of vascular dementia were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=36) and the control group (n=14). The treatment group was treated with Yishenxingnao Decoction and the control group with Naofukang. Before and after the treatment the scores of Mini-mental Status Examination (MMSE), Hastgawa Dementia Scale (HDS) and Scale of Activities of Daily Living (ADL), the curative effects on TCM syndromes, and the syndrome of kidney deficiency and marrow injury were observed. Results The scores of MMSE, HDS and ADL were all increased in two groups. The difference was significant before and after the treatment (P<0.01). After the treatment the score of ADL was different significantly between two groups (P<0.01). The total effect rate in TCM syndrome manifestations was 86.1 % in the treatment group and 64.3% in the control group with a significant difference (P<0.05). The relief of some symptoms, such as soreness and weakness of lower back and knees, fatigue, stony expression, slowing in thought and urine incontinence in the treatment group has a significant difference compared with that in the control group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Yishenxingnao Decoction has a good curative effect on vascular dementia.
