| 摘 要： | 目的:优选三黄散瘀巴布剂中黄柏的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验法,考察提取溶剂、提取方法、乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数及提取时间等因素的影响,以盐酸小檗碱的转移率作为评价指标,确定黄柏的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:三黄散瘀巴布剂中黄柏的最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量60%乙醇溶液,回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:优选的提取工艺方法可行、工艺稳定、重现性好,可有效提取制剂的有效成分。
