参麦汤对糖耐量异常大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4mRNA基因表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨参麦汤改善糖耐量异常大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4mRNA基因表达的作用。方法:造模大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、参麦汤组、参麦汤加运动组、运动组。用RT-PCR方法检测参麦汤对糖耐量异常大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4mRNA表达的影响。结果:参麦汤组大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4mRNA表达上升最显著(P<0.001),运动组(P<0.01)、参麦加运动组(P<0.05)依次次之。结论:参麦汤可上调大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4mRNA的表达,可能是其改善胰岛素抵抗的机理之一。
