| 摘 要： | 目的:观察冠心合剂对急性心肌梗死(AMI)大鼠血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth fac-tor,VEGF)表达的影响。方法:结扎冠状动脉左前降支法建立大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,观察冠心合剂对心梗后大鼠血清VEGF浓度、心肌VEGF蛋白表达及梗死面积的影响。结果:冠心合剂治疗组及阳性对照组血清VEGF浓度及心肌VEGF蛋白的表达增加,高于模型组和假手术组(P<0.05);随冠心合剂剂量的增加,梗死面积逐渐减小;冠心合剂大剂量组疗效与西药对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:冠心合剂可能通过促进心肌梗死大鼠心肌VEGF蛋白表达、分泌,从而促进梗死心肌血管新生。
