舒适护理在前列腺增生急性尿潴留患者导尿中的应用

目的 探讨舒适护理模式对前列腺增生急性尿潴留患者导尿的应用效果.方法 分两组进行比较即观察组50例与对照组50例,对照组采用传统方法导尿,观察组在常规护理基础上加上舒适护理,比较两组患者的舒适程度和满意度.结果 有效消除患者的恐惧心理,减轻不适症状和不良反应.结论 舒适护理是一种整体的、个性化的、创造性的有效护理模式,通过舒适护理的实施,使患者的舒适度和满意度得到了明显的提高.

Comfortable nursing in patients with application prostatic hyperplasia acute urinary retention of catheterization

Objective The purpose inquiry into comfortable nursing mode to the prostate gland hyperplasia disease and urgent urine to stay of sufferer to lead urine of applied effect. Methods dividing 2 teams to carry through compare namely 50 case of observation team and 50 case of comparison team,the comparison team adopts a traditional method to lead urine, observation team at normal regulations nursing foundation up plus a comfortable nursing, compare two teams of sufferer's comfortable degree and satisfaction.Result effectively removes a fear of sufferer mental state, ease unwell symptom with bad reaction.Conclusions The comfortable nursing is a kind of valid nursing mode of whole, creationary and individuation. Pass the implement of comfortable nursing;make the sufferer's comfort and satisfaction get an obvious exaltation.
