| 摘 要： | 为引起临床工作者的重视，报告４例成人Ｗｉｌｍｓ＇瘤，并结合文献对成人Ｗｉｌｍｓ＇瘤的诊断、治疗及预后等问题进行讨论。认为本病的临床表现和病理改变易与肾癌相混淆，可以将有无原始肾小管形成作为本病与其他肿瘤胚胎成分鉴别的依据；采取综合分析方法对本病的术前诊断是有益的；对所有各期成人Ｗｉｌｍｓ＇瘤均应采取积极的治疗。

| Abstract: | cases of adult Wilms' tumor which was a rare disease,was reported.Some literature dealing with the diagnosis,management and clinical behavior of this disease was reviewed,and it was considered that the clinienl manifestation and pathology of adult Wilms' tamonr were easily confused with renal carcinoma,aggressive therapy should be taken for all patients irrespective of stage. |
